| It all began for 22-year-old
Chad Creevy in the offices of the securities firm Morgan Stanley in the
World Trade Center in New York City on what was supposed to be the second
day of a three-week course training to qualify Creevy as a financial adviser.

| My only knowledge of this man is that I have
seen him when he was very small, running around his families yard.
He was raised on the same lake where I was and lived across the street
from my mom and dad. His mother is the daughter of my high school class
advisor, Bill Sexton. I remember Bill well because, (1) I delivered the
paper to his house and (2) he scolded me very well one day in study hall
for using an improper procedure in getting a girls attention.
